It has been brought to our { Admins and Mod} attention that the How to Guide had not included what it is you would earn at each level aside from the Stat Block upgrades - which will be changing in the near future due to new insights.
So in the Following posts there will be a Building guide for making your Class as it levels. While you { first to join in your chosen Class} have the honor of designing all of the wondrous feats your characters can do within its Class, we , the Admins and Mods, realize the temptations to create something so wonderful that it is over powered. To prevent this we have chose to set further rules sets on making your characters.
Further more, this along with the How to Guide: Chapter Four - Character Building found in the Rules Forum, are the official guidelines for building your character threads and as such must be followed.

STAT / SKILL PROGRESSION - ALL PLAYERS LEVEL 2-100 At EVERY level past 1st { begining at 2nd} Players will receive 20 Points to Spend into either STATS { Dex / Int / Sta / Str } And/Or SKILLS. You will also receive HP and MP at each level. * as noted in the market place when purchasing new levels.
MAX CAP On STATS = 100 { no higher } * if you dump your lvl points into nothing but your STATS you will reach cap by lvl 17.
MAX CAP on SKILLS = 150 { no highter} * There is no way to reach cap on ALL skills as it would take over 100 lvls.

ELEMENTALIST Elementalists have harnessed the Forces of Nature. Their powers of destruction are drawn from an affinity with the seven elements that make up the world. Conjuring Air, Fire, Earth, Water , Light, Darkness and Spirit to assault their enemies.
Lvl 1 - Elementalist Begin Play with 1 Class Ability and 4 Spells( One to represent each of the FOUR -4- Starting Elements - Air / Fire / Water / Earth ) Ex - Air = Feather Fall , Fire = Fire Bolt ( 1-10 dmg), Water = Purify Water , Earth = Shake { targets speed slowed} Spells when listed should include the element type in () or {}

GUARDIAN Guardians are powerful fighters, but their strength is not only from their skill but their desire to protect others. Their loyalty to their friends and allies knows no bounds and is reflected in their actions.
Lvl 1 - Guardian begin play with 3 Class Abilites, 1 Spell, and Shield Fighting ( this ability allows for the Guardian to use their shield in an attack to either Knock Back or Shield Bash )
Starting Armor " Name " Half Plate Armor AC + 8 3% Res ( Piercing and Slashing ) -3% Res ( Bludgeoning ) 5% Health Recovery.
"Name" Shield AC+1 Shield Bash (1-5 Damage) Knock Back - push foes either to the ground or move them 10 ft.

MESMER Mesmers are masters of mirage, imaginative illusionist, weaving mental magics that confound the mind or evoke overpowering emotion in their enemies.
Lvl 1 - Mesmers begin play with 2 Class Abilites, 3 Spells ( effects of such spells should be that of illusions, trickery and misdirection. Think Battle Field control over damage.)

NECROMANCER Necromancers, masters of the dark arts, summoners the dead, Using life energy to rend their enemies' souls. Their use of life magics allows for them to bolster themselves or even aid allies.

RANGER Rangers are flexible and durable--masters the bow. They rely on a keen eye, a steady hand, and the power of nature to slay their targets. Their loyal pets, which rangers tame and train, distract enemies while the rangers strike safely from a distance.
Lvl 1 - Rangers begin play with 2 Class Abilities, 2 Spells, And Multi-Shot ( When using a Bow they may fire more than one arrow a round. The number of arrows will increase with lvl.} (Spell examples : True Strike, Entangling Strike or Recovery-mild healing )

THIEF Thieves are masters of the shadows, skilled assassins that utilize their acrobatic style and over all stealth to get the drop on their enemies. With an Affinity for setting traps and making use of poisons they are a tricky foe.
Lvl 1 - Thieves begin play with 3 Class Abilities, 1 Spells, And Poison Use ( this allows for them to harvest, make and use poisons with little risk to themselves. ) (Spell examples : Shadow Strike )

WARRIOR Warriors are masters of martial skills, relying on speed, strength, toughness, and heavy armor to survive. They're versatile in combat and benefit from offensive and defensive abilities. Warriors inspire allies and demoralize enemies. They are the leaders in combat, keen minds and use of tactics
Lvl 1 - Warriors begin play with 3 Class Abilities, 1 Spell, And Multi-Attack/ Two Weapon Fighting ( They can make multiple melee attacks in a round. If they use a Two Handed Weapon - then use Multi- Attack. ) (Spell examples : Power Attack, Burst( speed boost) or some other form of attack/tactical boosting spell. )
